A board certified physician in the State of Florida, Dr. Crozier graduated from Des Moines University & College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1994 as a Doctorate of Osteopathy. A MUST READ!

This book has helped me understand the complex new world of using a person's genetics to help get to the root cause of an illness. Not only that, it explains why it is important to know one's genetics to stay healthy. I love that he explains all of this so that anyone can understand it. He tells you what the challenge is, how and why it is a challenge and how to go about fixing that challenge. He backs that all up with a story from an actual patient that has already benefited from the treatment. It isn't just an idea. He also goes into detail about his own health journey which gives him a unique insight into being not only a doctor, but a patient as well. He has been there and has used the very things he talks about in this book to get his own health back. His compassion comes through in his writing.
I also love that he devotes a chapter to caregivers. They are often overlooked. I really appreciate that he takes time to address those issues.
Overall, This is a very easy, informative and encouraging read! I am so thankful that he is willing to look at health in a totally new way by getting to the root cause of why a person is sick - from the inside out. I will be buying many more books to give away!

Wow, a must buy!

This is an excellent book detailing today's huge challenges to good health. Very revealing look at genetic and environmental as well as medical issues. Highly recommend to any serious person searching for answers to frustrating medical issues. A great look, also, into a little know (to the public) molecule, called glutathione. This is the body's master antioxidant and the very key to anti-aging as well as to major illness and major medical condition issues. Thanks Dr. Crozier. Glad to see it in paperback and electronic. I'll be ordering many more for family and friends.

Dr Crozier understands lyme and how it affects the whole body and how to address it!!!! Great book and very smart Doctor. I have read many lyme protocols and books, but this is to the point and what it takes. I scheduled a phone constult with him after reading this book. I am on my way to finally healing Lyme and EMF symptoms, I have had for the past 4 years. Best of luck and hope this helps.
