Not just for the sportmen!

I am no athlete, yet I think this book relates ao much to me. It circles around the sportmen, fighters, wins, champions alot; so those who like sports would definitely love it. It even compares mental toughness to a muscle, which "needs regular workouts to grow and develop." Who do not want to become tough like those models of theirs? For me personally, I read the analysis of mental toughness in this book from a non-sporty mind. Strengthening this character would benefit your daily life significantly, because not everyone are fighting again a specific competitor on stage, but they are surely struggling with something, either it's work or losing weight, or just the laziness. Quoted by the book, "Sow a thought, and you reap an act; Sow an act, and you reap a habit; Sow a habit, and you reap a character; Sow a character, and you reap a destiny". Mental toughness is equal to your consistency and determination, building it is to control your own life.
